In-Mold Construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell to the helmet’s impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows us to sculpt better ventilation systems, and creates a lighter, more durable helmet as well.

SUPER FIT ENGINEERING
Super Fit™ Engineering is the foundation of our helmet design process. Every Giro helmet is designed with reference to our proprietary database of anatomic measurements and rider input. We then test the fit and design in the lab and with riders, allowing us to create helmets that fit up to 98% of the human population, and perform at the highest level for any rider.

ROC LOC® 5 FIT SYSTEM
The Roc Loc® system pioneered fit systems in cycling helmets, and with the Roc Loc 5 we continue to set the standard by which every fit system is judged. With Roc Loc 5, you can easily dial-in both fit tension and adjust vertical position with a single hand thanks to a ratcheting, micro-adjusting dial. You can also change vertical positions to fine-tune fore/aft tilt without removing the helmet.

X-STATIC PADDING
